INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a deadly shooting on the city's south side early Wednesday morning.
Around 4:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 3200 block of South Keystone Avenue and East Murry Street.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male victim on the sidewalk with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Marion County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as 52-year-old Harold Shelton.
No other details were released on a possible suspect.
