INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a deadly shooting on the city's east side Sunday night.
It happened around 9:40 p.m. near the intersection of North Colorado Avenue and East Washington Street.
When police arrived to the scene, they found a man suffering from injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as 17-year-old Donald Thomas.
