1 critically injured in shooting on Indy's southwest side

Police responded to the 6400 block of Milhouse Road, near South High School Road and Glory Maple Lane, just after 1 a.m. Sunday.

INDIANAPOLIS — An investigation is underway after a shooting on Indianapolis' southwest side early Sunday morning.

According to IMPD, just after 1 a.m. Nov. 3, officers responded to the 6400 block of Milhouse Road, near South High School and West Mills roads, on a report of a person shot.  

When officers arrived, they found a person who had been shot.

The victim was reported to be in critical condition. 

Police have not shared information at this time about a possible suspect or motive.
