FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A Fort Wayne man will spend the next 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to sending threatening communications.
According to court documents, in November 2023, 42-year-old Jeffrey Stevens used a social media platform to send a message to the Fort Wayne Police Department threatening to kill people of the Jewish faith and saying "there was nothing police could do about it."
The FBI, along with the FWPD, investigated the messages.
Following his release from prison, Stevens will serve two years of supervised release.
