INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - An Indianapolis father is hosting a prayer vigil to honor his son in hopes that it sparks new interest in finding his killer.

Greg Wilson Jr. was gunned down on October 28, 2015. His case, like hundreds of others in our city, remains unsolved.

Wilson's father, Greg Wilson Sr., is the head of the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and he wants the violence to stop.

He also held a vigil last year at 30th and Capitol, where his son was murdered.
