DELPHI, Ind. — It's been over seven years since the bodies of Abby Williams and Libby German were found near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi. Richard Allen, the man accused of killing the two teenagers, will stand trial for the 20th day Saturday, Nov. 9.
The trial began Friday, Oct. 18.
Sixteen Allen County residents were selected to serve on the jury. Twelve of those people (eight women and four men) began the trial as jurors with four (two men and two women) serving as alternates.
From opening statements to verdict, 13News will be at the Carroll County courthouse every day of the trial to explain what happened inside the courtroom.

1:18 p.m. - Families have been seen walking back into the courthouse in Delphi. Crowds are seen gathering outside of the courthouse.
1:10 p.m. - Lawyers have been seen walking back into the courthouse in Delphi.
8:30 a.m. - The jurors are back in the Carroll County Courthouse as deliberation continues Monday morning.
According to instructions, they will deliberate from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, until they reach a verdict.

9:42 a.m. - The defense team enters the courthouse.
9:55 a.m. - Richard Allen enters the courthouse. 13News senior investigative reporter Bob Segall said it appears the jury will be reviewing evidence in the courtroom this morning. Allen and his attorneys have a right to be present for that as the jury continues deliberations.
2:04 - Richard Allen has left the Carroll County Courthouse, likely signaling a verdict will not come today.
2:43 p.m. - After more than five hours of deliberations, jurors have left the courthouse. There will not be a verdict reached this weekend. Deliberations will resume Monday, Nov. 11.
