Court docs: Fishers man used hidden cameras to record 2 women without their consent

According to court documents, Kristan P. Reibel is facing two counts of voyeurism, both felonies.

FISHERS, Ind. — A Fishers man is charged with voyeurism after two women accused him of using hidden cameras to record them in his home.

According to court documents, Kristan P. Reibel is facing two counts of voyeurism, both felonies.

In an affidavit for probable cause, investigators said one alleged victim told them she had been dog-sitting at Reibel's home in June 2022 when she discovered cameras there. The devices, disguised as alarm clocks, were in areas of the home she said Reibel told to use while she stayed there, the documents said. She told police she discovered recordings on a computer in the home and that the videos showed her naked. She told police she concluded the recordings originated with the hidden cameras.

The court documents also say Fishers Police found images of a second alleged victim, showing the woman unclothed and with her breasts and buttocks exposed. That woman told investigators that she did not consent to being recorded.

According to the affidavit, Reibel admitted to seeing one of the women "on the cameras in his bedroom, accessing that camera and later wiping it from the iPad."

The court documents also said Indiana's voyeurism statute is enhanced to felony level when it is committed by means of a camera.

Reibel was being sought on a warrant, court records said Wednesday evening.

According to online court records, Reibel bonded out of jail Thursday, Feb. 22. A pretrial conference is scheduled for Mar. 25, and the bench trial is set for May 16.
