CLARK COUNTY, Ind. — A 22-year-old Clarksville man was arrested Tuesday after he was accused of assaulting a woman last fall at Hanover College.
In Sept. 2023, the Indiana State Police - Versailles Post began investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred on campus. Investigators believe in the early morning hours of Sept. 17, a student at the college, Jackson Kruer, and a woman who also attended the college left an on-campus party together.
