HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. — A Camby man has been arrested and charged with dealing resulting in death following a death investigation in September.
According to a release from the Hendricks County Sheriff's Office, on Oct. 15, detectives with the Hendricks County Drug Task Force learned that the coroner's report from a Sept. 12 death investigation listed the cause of death as a fentanyl overdose.
A search warrant was issued, and on Oct. 17, police arrested Paul Beaty, of Camby, in Indianapolis. He is charged with one felony count of dealing a controlled substance resulting in death. Deputies say no further details will be released as the investigation is ongoing.
