KOKOMO, Ind. — The Kokomo Police Department said an Illinois man was arrested for a string of burglaries at apartment complexes.
According to police, they were alerted to seven burglaries at apartments in four complexes: Westbrook Apartments, Legends of Wildcat, Autumn Trace and First Flats Apartments.
The investigation led them to a man from Villa Park, Illinois.
NOTE: 13News does not name suspects until charges are filed by prosecutors.
Investigators were able to recover evidence, including guns and jewelry.
There is also a warrant out for a person that is believed to have been helping the suspect.
