FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The woman accused of killing her own children is now also accused of killing her neighbor.

Amber Pasztor was charged Tuesday morning in Allen County in connection with the death of Frank Macomber, according to WPTA, our NBC station in Fort Wayne.

Pasztor used Macomber's vehicle in the AMBER Alert that resulted in her killing her two children. It was originally unknown if Macomber was involved in the AMBER Alert, but investigators later discovered he was killed the day before she abducted the children.

Detectives say in court documents that Pasztor told them she shot Macomber with a large deer hunting rifle he bought her. She allegedly told police where his body could be found and gave descriptions as to how Macomber was lying in the woods behind her father's residence.

Pasztor was charged with murder.

She has already pleaded guilty for the murders of her two children. When she entered her plea, her attorney argued she was mentally ill even though she had been evaluated for mental competency three times and a judge ruled her competent to stand trial. She faces a potential 130 year sentence in that case.
