FISHERS, Ind. — The Fishers Police Department arrested three men for allegedly robbing a Taco Bell in Fishers

Police said Frederick Nance, of Indianapolis, Terrell Caudle, of Indianapolis, and Davonta Hilliard, of Indianapolis, are in custody and facing over 20 charges each. Some of their charges include robbery, intimidation, kidnapping while armed with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm at another and theft.

Nance and Caudle are currently being held on a $1 million bond in Hamilton County, while Hilliard is being held in Marion County and is awaiting transfer to Hamilton County for this case.

Around 1:30 a.m. June 30, Fishers police were called to a report of a robbery and carjacking at the Taco Bell on Allisonville Road. According to the report, several men drew their guns in the drive through and demanded money. One of the men then stole an employee's car.

Police said no employees were harmed in the robbery.

Just after leaving the restaurant, an officer found the stolen car driving south on Allisonville Road. Police tried to stop the car, but the driver would not pull over and led officers on a chase that ended with several officers, including a K-9 team, chasing Nance on foot.

Officers allowed the K-9 to run ahead to catch the suspect when they heard a gunshot, but no K-9 or officers were injured. Nance was apprehended quickly after the gunshot.

During his arrest, officers found a handgun believed connected to the Taco Bell crime scene, and victims identified him as the main suspect. In custody, Nance confessed to the robbery, car theft and the firing of his gun, police said.
