INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) is investigating a shooting downtown early Monday morning.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot at the intersection of East Ohio Street and North Delaware streets shortly after 3 a.m. Jan. 1 and found the person who had been shot.
The victim was reported to be in serious condition.
Police have not shared information about a possible suspect or motive at this time.
