INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot shortly after 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 2900 block of East 19th Street. At the scene, they found a victim who had apparently been shot.
The victim died from his injuries.
There is no information at this time about a potential suspect or motive in the shooting.
