INDIANAPOLIS — Registration for the 12th annual Indianapolis Colts 5K run/walk is now open.
The event is set for Saturday, Aug. 17 at Lucas Oil Stadium, starting at 8 a.m. and finishing up between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The event includes the annual run/walk, as well as Blue's Fun Run for kids.
Registration for the 5K run/walk is $35 until June 19. After that, the price for registration will go up. All registrations made prior to July 15 include packet mailing at no additional cost. Participants will receive a finisher T-shirt, medal and choice to opt in for a ticket to the Colts' home preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals later that evening, while supplies last.
Blue's Fun Run registration costs $20 per child. Runners will receive a finisher T-shirt, medal and choice to opt into the preseason ticket against the Cardinals. Kids can also receive a discounted rate for "Blue's Club" when registering.
Packet pickup and on-site registration will take place between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. the morning of Aug. 17 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Free parking will be available in the South Lot while space is available.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Indianapolis Colts Foundation and the development of the Colts' flag football program.
