INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — The gyms have been closed and we’ve probably all been spending a lot more time on the couch, but that doesn’t mean we can’t stay active. We partnered with Ascension St. Vincent Sports Performance to bring you home workout videos for this month’s Check-Up 13.

These workouts can be done in the safety of your own home with items you probably already have lying around. Maintaining a healthy weight is important to our overall health, and can prevent many diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
