INDIANAPOLIS — Valentine's Day is Monday, Feb. 14. If you want to buy flowers and do not want to break the bank, there are spots with roses for under $30.
If you are an Amazon Prime member, Whole Foods is selling two dozen roses for $19.99.
At Costco, a dozen is $16.99 and at Sam's Club, they're $30.
If you do not have any of those memberships, a dozen roses at Kroger is $22. It's at Meijer $15.99, $14.99 at Trader Joe's and just $10 at Aldi.
