INDIANAPOLIS — Fall break is quickly approaching, and that means much-needed time off of school for students.
In her weekly blog, Cherie Lowe, the "Queen of Free," writes that you should start making fall break plans now in order to save some money.
Lowe shared the following tips to have an enjoyable fall break without breaking the bank:
- Choose a destination with affordable options
- Check your rewards
- Plan to visit the grocery store
- Use cashback portals
- Check Airbnb and Vrbo
- Travel midweek
- Go on a college visit
- Take a hike
- Visit a local museum
