FISHERS, Ind. — The Fishers City Council approved a project to bring a $6 million pickleball facility to the north side.
24/7 DINK will be in the former Marsh Supermarket location at the corner of 116th Street and Brooks School Road.
The 60,000 square foot facility will have 20 indoor pickleball courts and will be open year-round, 24 hours a day.
It will all operate through a cutting-edge app:
- Players can sign up to play whenever it suits their schedule, regardless of the time of day or night.
- Players can sign up with partners or arrange matches with other players of a similar skill level.
- There will be a flexible pricing model and easy payment splitting among players — with no membership fee.
- The facility can be accessed any time through a unique QR code through their phone.
24/7 DINK is scheduled to open in the fall, and there are no membership fees to join.
"We are thrilled to introduce our cutting-edge pickleball facility, where technology meets the passion for the game," said John Hurley, CEO at 24/7 DINK, who co-founded the company with Scott Brenton, chief operating officer, and Ben Timby, chief data scientist. "Our goal is to create a vibrant community hub that offers an unparalleled experience for players of all levels. We are redefining the way pickleball is enjoyed and can't wait to welcome current and future pickleball enthusiasts to our new facility when we open later this year."
