INDIANAPOLIS — Monarch Beverage in Lawrence will have a new home on the east side of Indianapolis.
Indiana's largest distributor of beer and wine is planning a new facility at the former Ford Visteon site at 6900 English Avenue, near South Shadeland Avenue and Washington Street. Right now, Carmel-based developing group Lauth is building out the industrial park, called Thunderbird Commerce Center.
Ryan Anderson, the market president for Monarch, said it's a significant investment in their business and their employees.
The project is expected to be completed this time next year.
