INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Another major corporation has chosen Indianapolis.
Infosys broke ground Friday on a $35 million U.S. Education Center.
The complex is on the west side of the city near the old airport terminal.
10,000 new employees will live and train at the location. The company is pledging to hire 3,000 Hoosiers.
"Infosys isn't just pouring concrete, breaking ground or constructing a building. Infosys is committed to training up-skilling and re-skilling employees for the digital age," said Sen. Todd Young (R-Indiana).
Construction is underway.
