INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The City is moving closer to developing the old RCA site at Sherman Ave. & Michigan St.
Next week, City officials will start taking bids to demolish the last building on the 49-acre lot. The four-story building was built back in 1921 and housed RCA's headquarters.
The City estimates it'll cost at least $400,000 to take it down and get the site ready for future development.
