INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Women have long hosted parties selling everything from Tupperware to jewelry.
But how about a party that could help you defend yourself?
It's called a "Damsel In Defense" party. You can shop for items that will help protect you when danger arises, like a stun gun or pepper spray.
"If they leave with just one tip that saves their life and makes them a bit morme aware of their surroundings so they can stay safe and go hom to their family and loved ones safely," said Donna Summers with Damsel In Defense.
The company says its main goal is to equip, empower, and educate women.
