INDIANAPOLIS — Several new businesses are in the process of being built in a facility on the Circle City Industrial Complex (CCIC) campus

The 95,000 square foot building, located at 1011 Massachusetts Ave., will provide space for up to 30 tenants and is "rapidly" pre-leasing, according to a news release.

There will be eight new businesses that are all scheduled to open in fall 2024.

1011 Mass Ave will be the second building to open at the CCIC. The CCIC campus stretches across 16 acres and is housed in the Schwitzer manufacturing facility, east of downtown Indianapolis.

The site also houses 1125 Brookside Avenue, a building that is home to more than 140 tenants, including Centerpoint Brewing and Fowling Warehouse Indy. There are also two free parking lots on campus.

Many of the small businesses will be located on an indoor walking and biking path called the "production line."
