An IACS spokesperson confirmed all of these dogs can be adopted on the same day as inquired due to the critical over-capacity.
IACS recently reopened its kennels to the public from noon-5 p.m. daily. However, it will be closed Monday, Jan. 15 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
