INDIANAPOLIS — A local roofing company is helping shelter animals find forever homes.
Bone Dry Roofing teamed up with Indianapolis Animal Care Services over the weekend for the "No Wet Noses Left Behind" adoption event.
Bone Dry Roofing is hosting the event at its Indianapolis office, located at 7735 Winton Drive. Organizers say it's a chance to see these pets in surroundings other than the shelter.
The event continues Sunday, Oct. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Adoption fees are waived and new pet parents get to take home a "doggie bag."
Animals adopted through this event can be taken home immediately.
