INDIANAPOLIS — As decorations start to fill your neighborhood for Christmas, there's one decoration you can put together to give your setup some more style.
Pat Sullivan, from Sullivan Hardware and Garden, is sharing tips on how to make your own festive porch planter.
Here are a few of his tips for decorating your porch planter.
- Use soft dirt.
- Start the base of the planter with limp greens.
- Use leaves like pine to give the planter more height.
- Use your tallest plants and decorations to top off the planter.
- Leave up your planter and switch out the decorations for the new year.
