INDIANAPOLIS — Are your plants starting to look a little droopy since you've brought them inside this winter?
Pat Sullivan, from Sullivan Hardware and Garden, is sharing tips on how you can save your plants and properly care for them while they are inside.
Here are a few tips on what you can do:
- Don't set a specific time to water all plants every week.
- Check for each plant to see when it should be watered.
- Stick a finger in the soil to check if it has enough water.
- Use a plastic dish to gather water that leaks from the bottom of the pot.
- Don't fertilize during the winter months.
