INDIANAPOLIS — Spring is here in central Indiana, which means lots of new gardening and plants for your yard, but we still shouldn't plant seeds outside quite yet.
Pat Sullivan, with Sullivan Hardware and Garden, joined 13Sunrise to share how you should plant your seeds this year to make your yard look even better.
Here is some of Sullivan's best advice for seeding:
- Plant your starting seeds inside of your house now (April)
- Plant veggies directly in the ground
- Use organic seeding soil
- Use artificial lights just above new plants
