INDIANAPOLIS — With the sunny and warmer weather outside, are you planning on grilling out for the big game?
Pat Sullivan, from Sullivan Hardware and Garden, is sharing tips on how you can safely grill out for Super Bowl Sunday.
Here are a few tips on what you should do:
- Make sure to clear out the grease pan before starting.
- Keep hood open when starting.
- When cooking wings, separate the wings before starting.
- Include duck fat to elevate your meal.
- Look for an internal temp of 170-175 degrees.
