INDIANAPOLIS — Another Indianapolis restaurant is about to be recognized on a national level.
His Place Eatery will be featured on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" on Friday, Oct. 11 at 9 p.m. on the Food Network.
The owners shared their excitement on Facebook saying:

The soul food restaurant is locally owned and has been around since 2009. It has two locations in Indianapolis, one near 30th and Shadeland and the other near 86th and Ditch Road.
His Place Eatery serves an array of southern dishes for dine in or carry out. Some menu items include fried chicken, pork chops, fried catfish, hickory smoked ribs, pulled pork, chicken and waffles, po'boys, mac and cheese, potato salad, collard greens and much more. His Place Eatery’s north side location is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The east side location is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 11a.m. to 8pm, Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
