FISHERS, Ind. — The Fishers Event Center, slated to open next month, will bring a slew of top-tier performers to Hoosier state!
The facility, which can seat up to 7,500 people, is located in the Fishers District, near East 106th Street and Interstate 69.
To coincide with these events, the venue announced an array of food and beverage options it will be offering to hungry concertgoers.
When curating the menu, event officials emphasized on having a "diverse range of choices." They will have locally sourced ingredients, vegetarian and vegan options, grab-and-go snacks and more "refined" options.
Here's are some of the menu offerings:

- Pizza: Fresh pizza features a pinsa dough with a rich, herb filled pizza sauce. Topped with fresh mozzarella and provolone and finished with Italian sausage sourced locally from Fischer Farms and crispy, cup-shaped pepperoni for a satisfying crunch.
- F.E.C. Bratwurst: Signature bratwurst is sourced locally from Old Major and crafted in a Portuguese Linguica style. Infused with red wine, garlic, chilies, and herbs, every bite delivers an explosion of bold, mouth-watering flavors.
- Hoosier Pork Tenderloin: Succulent pork loin, freshly pounded and fried, sourced locally from Fischer Farms. Enjoy it Hoosier style or with a spicy Nashville twist—crispy, tender and unforgettable.
- Smash Burger: Made with a chef-curated blend of beef locally sourced from Fischer Farms, this burger is seared to perfection, topped with melted American cheese, and served on a fresh, buttered brioche bun.
- Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork: In-house smoked pork, sourced locally from Fischer Farms, is seasoned to perfection. Dressed in a sweet and spicy local BBQ sauce, it's paired with creamy, tart rainbow poppyseed coleslaw, all on a fresh bun.
- American Cheesesteak: Shaved beef locally sourced from Fischer Farms, sautéed peppers, onions, and marinated mushrooms, combined with gooey provolone on a toasted Americana roll—an elevated take on a classic favorite.
- Roasted Beet Salad: A refreshing mix of bitter greens, sea salt-roasted baby red and golden beets, shaved red onion, and funky, rich Stilton bleu cheese crumbles. Topped with candied spiced walnuts for a sweet and savory finish.
- A variety of canned alcoholic beverages and specialty cocktails will also be served, including the Batched Patron Perfect Margarita, Legend’s Mule (with Tito’s vodka), Dragon’s Fire (with Fireball, bourbon and rum), Mic Drop (with Fruit Punch BeatBox), Backstage Blues (with Blue Razz BeatBox), and Kentucky Lemonade (with Four Roses Bourbon).
The Fishers Event Center will host a wide variety of community events and concerts including theater, sports, comedy, family, country, rock and more.
