INDIANAPOLIS — Looking to start the new year off healthy with little preparation?
Emily Cline, better known as @ecline_eats on Instagram, shared a recipe for her Mediterranean chicken tzatziki bowl, which she says is great to prep for tomorrow's lunch or dinner.
According to Cline, this meal feels like eating take-out food right at home.
Ingredients
- Brown rice
- Chicken
- Cucumber
- Tzatziki
- Red onion
- Feta
- Grape tomatoes
- Parsley
Instructions
1. Cook brown rice as desired or instructed on package. I like to use a frozen bag that I can quickly heat in the microwave!
2. Season your chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. then cook over stove top for 5-6 min per side.
3. Chop up onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley and add them to a bowl to enjoy!
