Indy animal hospital opens low cost surgery center for pets

The All Pet Low Cost Surgery Center is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

INDIANAPOLIS — One local chain of animal hospitals is offering Hoosier pet owners, rescues and shelters cheaper animal care.

Noah's Animal Hospitals opened a low cost surgery center to reduce the number of pets euthanized for "fixable" issues by improving access to surgical care.

The center provides a range of surgical services from small mass removals and laceration repairs, to fracture repairs, C-sections, amputations, ACL repairs and more.

"Our hope is that by offering low cost surgical options, they can help more animals find homes quicker,” said Dr. Mike Thomas, president and CEO of Noah’s Animal Hospitals. “We also want to give local veterinarians another option to present to their clients, when specialty hospitals are out of that client’s reach financially.”

The All Pet Low Cost Surgery Center, located at 3825 W. Washington St. on the city's west side, is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
