Avon native advances on "America's Got Talent"

INDIANAPOLIS — An Avon native is moving to the next round of "America's Got Talent."

Jesse Kramer, who now lives in Nashville, Tennessee, shared his rock 'n roll cover of "Bad Romance by Lady Gaga on Tuesday night's show. His performance earned four "yes" votes from the judges to advance.

Howie Mandel wasn't completely sold on Kramer's audition, but voted him through to see what he could do next. 

Kramer is no stranger to reality competition. Two years ago, he appeared on FOX's "The Four: Battle for Stardom."

"America's Got Talent" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Channel 13.
