INDIANAPOLIS — One local organization is launching a new initiative to help young people learn important life skills.
The Indianapolis chapter of the Indiana Black Expo is hosting its 2023 Winter Ball and fundraiser from 6-11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 with the theme of "Harlem nights."
The celebration will be held at the Madam Walker Legacy Center, where the youth initiative will be launched.
