INDIANAPOLIS — Comedian Jim Gaffigan announced Monday that he will be adding another show in Indianapolis to his "Barely Alive" tour.

Gaffigan is already performing four shows at Clowes Memorial Hall, located on Butler University's campus.

The shows include the sold-out Oct. 3 and Oct. 4 events, plus two shows on Oct. 5 with one of those also already sold out and limited tickets still available for the 5 p.m. show that day.

Event officials said given the "unprecedented demand," a fifth show has been added for Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.

Gaffigan is a seven-time Grammy-nominated comedian, actor, writer, producer, three-time Emmy winning top touring performer and multi-platinum-selling recording artist.

Event officials said Gaffigan is known around the world for his "unique brand of humor, which largely revolves around his observations on life."

Tickets for the newly added show will be available starting with presales and then to the general public starting Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m.

You can buy tickets on Ticketmaster's website or on Butler University's website.
