INDIANAPOLIS — Several local queens were crowned over the weekend at this year's Indiana Miss Amazing pageant.
In the competition, 28 women and girls prove that disabilities don't take away the ability to accomplish amazing things.
For over a decade, the Miss Amazing programs have provided girls and women with disabilities a chance to show off their talents at Southport Middle School.
This year, queens were crowned in seven different age divisions.
13News' Rich Nye got the amazing opportunity to serve as the emcee for the event.
Every queen will go on to compete in the National Miss Amazing competition later this year.
