Comedian, TV host Chelsea Handler bringing stand-up comedy tour to Indianapolis

Tickets for the Oct. 25 show go on sale to the general public Friday, May 3 at 10 a.m.

INDIANAPOLIS — Grammy-nominated comedian, television host and six-time best-selling author Chelsea Handler is bringing her stand-up comedy tour to downtown Indianapolis this fall.

Handler will perform at the Murat Theatre at the Old National Centre on Friday, Oct. 25. The show is scheduled to start at 8 p.m.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, May 3 at 10 a.m.

The use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted during the show.

When people arrive at the Murat Theatre, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. To access a device during the show, people must go to designated Phone Use Areas within the venue.

Anyone seen using a device during the show will be escorted out of the venue.

Handler hosted late-night talk show "Chelsea Lately" on E! from 2007 to 2014. She also hosted two seasons of a late-night talk show on Netflix, titled "Chelsea," in 2016 and 2017.

She earned a Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album with her 2020 Max comedy special, "Evolution."

Handler returned to Netflix in 2022 with her critically-acclaimed special, "Revolution."
