INDIANAPOLIS —
SUNDAY
- Highs in the high 60s and low 70s
- Mostly cloudy, on-and-off showers
- A few isolated downpours may form at times
Our local weather pattern continues to be impacted by the remnants of Hurricane Helene. This will mean more clouds than sunshine today and more showers. Today will be very similar to Saturday. Expect a muggy day with highs in the lower 70s.
There will be areas of drizzle and a few showers. A few downpours are possible this afternoon and evening.
The back edge of this large weather system will still be close enough for a stray shower on Monday. Forecast highs are in the 70s.
We will be as warm as the upper 70s on Tuesday ahead of a cold front. That front will keep the clouds and a shower chance in place on Tuesday before skies start to clear later in the day.
Sunshine is back for several days next week. Highs will be near 70 on Wednesday and in the middle and upper 70s Thursday and Friday. There will be several mornings next week in the 40s.
