INDIANAPOLIS — A crash on Interstate 465 north near Interstate 70 on the east side resulted in the death of one person Tuesday.
It happened around noon. A section of the busy highway was shut down for more than two hours.
State police said first responders arrived to find Shawn Patterson, 51, Plainfield, unconscious on the roadway. Patterson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Patterson was treated at a hospital for minor injuries. The semi driver was not hurt.
