MARTINSVILLE, Ind. — The Morgan County Sheriff's Department is investigating a deadly crash that happened Tuesday morning.
Sheriff's deputies, Morgan County EMS and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash Nov. 7 around 6:20 a.m. in a southbound lane of Interstate 69, north of Martinsville.
The Morgan County Coroner's Office also responded and confirmed one person died. On Wednesday, the coroner identified the victim as 18-year-old Sree Radha Kode, a student at Indiana University.
Deputies are still trying to determine what led up to the crash.
