DENVER — It's game day in Denver. The Indianapolis Colts (6-7) are set to take on the Denver Broncos (8-5) this afternoon with kickoff scheduled for 4:25 p.m.
It's a battle between two AFC teams in the hunt for playoff spots. The Colts enter the game coming off a bye week that followed a narrow 25-24 win over the New England Patriots. The Colts are not in contention to win their division, but a road victory today could help the team stay in contention for a Wild Card spot.
Alternatively, the Broncos sit third in the AFC West standings, but are ahead of the Colts in the AFC Wild Card race. A home loss for the Broncos would hurt their playoff chances substantially.

- 14:35 — Bo Nix takes the snap out of the shotgun and passes to Troy Franklin for a 6-yard gain.
- 15:00 — Bo Nix finds Trautman for a 6-yard gain. The Colts' Dayo Odeyingbo is flagged for holding.

- 0:10 — Matt Gay saves the Colts' drive by nailing a 49-yard field goal.

- 0:17 — Anthony Richardson hurls a deep pass to Alec Pierce, but the Broncos defend the pass and break it up. Pierce is injured on the play.
- 0:22 — On second down, Anthony Richardson is sacked for a loss of five yards. The Colts take their second timeout of the game.
- 0:28 — Anthony Richardson avoids another sack but is forced to throw the ball away.
- 0:59 — Anthony Richardson finds Kylen Granson short, who then takes off for an 18-yard gain and a Colts first down.
- 1:38 — On first down, Anthony Richardson keeps it and runs for a 2-yard gain.
- 1:52 — Riley Dixon punts 52 yards to Anthony Gould. Gould breaks free for a huge 36-yard run, giving the Colts excellent field position to start their next offensive drive.
