INDIANAPOLIS — The first renderings for the planned upgrades of the Fashion Mall at Keystone have been revealed.
Earlier this year, the Simon Property Group announced the Saks Fifth Avenue at the Fashion Mall will close after their lease ends to make way for redevelopment.
On Wednesday, June 12, Simon Property Group announced the redevelopment will feature the addition of One Keystone Crossing, which was described in a press release as a "modern, sophisticated, Class A office space" that is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The redevelopment is expected to bring more luxury retail and dining options to the north side of Indianapolis. One Keystone Crossing is expected to be a multi-level, 100,000 square-foot office space overlooking an outdoor plaza that can host community gatherings and events.

“The Fashion Mall at Keystone’s redevelopment will further enhance the center’s positioning as the region’s premier experiential shopping destination and a gathering place for the community,” said Patrick Peterman, senior vice president of mixed-use development at Simon.
