INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The man convicted of killing a pizza delivery driver in 2014 will spend 68 years in prison.
Jeremiah Roberts was convicted of murder and robbery in December.
On January 18th, 2014, John Sullivan was working as a pizza delivery driver and delivered a pizza in the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue where Roberts and Derrek Romano were living.
Police found Sullivan's body the next morning in the basement.
During the investigation, it was determined that Roberts and Romano murdered Sullivan and fled in his vehicle.
Roberts and Romano were located in Wyoming two days later and extradited back to Marion County to face charges.
Derrek Romano pleaded guilty to Murder in February of 2015 and is serving a 55-year sentence in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
