JACKSON COUNTY, Indiana — A man died and two more people were injured in a crash on Interstate 65 in Jackson County Friday morning.
The crash happened around 10:25 a.m. May 24 just north of the State Road 250 interchange, which is between Seymour and Crothersville.
According to Indiana State Police, a pickup truck operated by 53-year-old Jose Uribe, from Winder, Georgia, went off the highway and overturned. Police are still investigating why the truck veered off the road.
Police said Uribe was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers in the pickup truck were taken to hospitals with what were described as serious injuries.
