HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — An Elwood man died Sunday night after investigators said he jumped from a homemade platform in the White River and never resurfaced.
Conservation officers said a kayaker found 37-year-old Charles Bond Sunday night in the area of State Road 13 and the White River in Hamilton County.
The incident is still under investigation and an exact cause of death is pending autopsy results.
