INDIANAPOLIS — Three juveniles have been arrested by IMPD after another juvenile was found shot after an alleged "botched robbery" in east Indianapolis earlier this year.
On May 22, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 3000 block of East 10th Street, near Rural Street.
When police arrived on the scene, they found a juvenile that had been shot and another juvenile female who said she was robbed just before the shooting happened.
During the investigation, officials learned that the incident was a "botched robbery that resulted in the juvenile being shot."
On Monday, Nov. 25, IMPD officers arrested the three juveniles connected to the case.
The three of them now face charges for an armed robbery, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm and obstruction of justice.
