INDIANAPOLIS — A fire broke out in two lanes westbound on Interstate 465 Thursday night on the north side of Indianapolis, according to Indiana State Police.
Crews responded to reports of a fire around 6:50 p.m. near the ramp to Keystone Avenue.
An INDOT traffic alert said the right two lanes and exit ramp to Keystone Avenue were closed due to the fire.
Firefighters were able to put the fire out, and no injuries were reported.
Traffic moved slowly through the area for several hours, but all lanes were back open by 10:30 p.m.
