PITTSBORO, Ind. — One man is dead after a swimming accident in Hendricks County. Police say a group of friends were swimming in a pond in the 4300 block of East 550 North when one of them went under water and didn't resurface.
Divers located the man's body shortly after 5 p.m.
Police say the incident appears to be an accident.
The victim's identity has not been released.
